Q.Are the Chrome Extension and Mobile App accounts the same?
A. No, Chrome Extension and Mobile App accounts are completely separate. You need different subscriptions for each platform.
Q.Can I transfer my subscription between platforms?
A. Unfortunately, subscriptions cannot be transferred between the Chrome Extension and Mobile App due to different platform requirements and store policies.
Q.What videos can I analyze?
A. You can analyze any public YouTube video that has captions or transcripts available. Private videos or videos without captions cannot be processed.
Q.How many videos can I analyze per day?
A. Both platforms offer 3 credits at signup. Premium users get 20 credits/day, and Monster users get 50 credits/day. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC for both Chrome Extension and Mobile App.
Q.How do I cancel my subscription?
A. For Chrome Extension: Go to Settings tab in the extension and manage your Stripe subscription. For Mobile App: Cancel through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings.
